However, a ban on unhealthy fast food would be more likely. Each country would most likely need a committee to determine what is unhealthy, and then set up something to cushion the effect of thousands of restaurants becoming vacant. Perhaps government tax incentives to new business owners to create healthy food franchises, as well as encouraging already established restaurants to create healthier menus or be banned.</description>

		<description>I would not think it OK to hang in a restaurant for 4 hours to study, especially if they have wait service. Even if the restaurant is empty you are still burdening the staff by having to constantly inquire if you need anything. If the restaurant is busy then you are being selfish of the other customers, the restaurant and the wait staff.
